Our Ministry and Our Mission

 

State Line Baptist Church Food Bank and Clothing Closet ministry opened our doors in December 2024 to meet the needs of our community. State Line Baptist Church is located at 560 Chrome Road in Rising Sun, MD 21911.

 

The mission of State Line Baptist Church Food Bank and Clothing Closet is to show the love of Christ while feeding the hungry and providing clothing to those in need. Our Pastor, James Reeves and ministry leaders were moved by God to come to the aid of those in our community. The ministry serves many families weekly with the help of our wonderful volunteers.

 

 

All are welcome to visit the food bank and clothing closet! 

 

 Location: State Line Baptist Church - 560 Chrome Road in Rising Sun, MD 21911
  Hours of Operation: Every Friday from Noon to 3:00 PM.

During Your Visit:

Directional signage is provided in the parking lot that will guide you to the ministry doors, where you will be greeted by volunteers who will offer to pray with you and ask you the following questions:
  - First Name
  - Would you like prayer and prayers specifically needed
  - Number in Family to determine number of boxes needed for your family

Once we deliver your food, our volunteer will direct you to the Clothing Closet. If you do not wish to visit the Clothing Closet, you will exit the Church parking lot the way you entered.
